Combat Water Survival Training (CWST) measures a Cadets ability to safely function in a water environment. The training consists of a 15-meter swim, plunge off a diving board and pool exit, and an equipment ditch, all in full uniform, with a load-bearing vest, carrying a dummy weapon.
