During the height of Covid, I had a minor issue with Morris and emails and phone calls ( over an hour on hold one time) never got any results. When I tried the Chat, I got results fairly promptly and was very satisfied with the ultimate resolution.

Those were the days when every order got a bible verse stuck in the package. Anywho, I think they sold to the Bestop group 7-8 years ago at which point things started going downhill and quickly.
