May 1, 2021 · Unfortunately, Google does not provide any escalation or review options for account recovery. If you are unable to prove ownership using the provided recovery process (plus the information in the above linked articles) then the account is lost. There are no other options. Starting a new thread will not help either. Sorry.

I suggest that everyone enable [1] 2-Step Verification (2-Step) --which you did---. 2-Step is an added layer of security (as you know :c) such that when you know your password, Google will also require you to input a code to finish signing in. The 2-Step code is normally sent to you as a text to your phone. With 2-Step, you have some more options.
