Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson's administration is open to keeping the Chicago Street Race in the city, but NASCAR and city officials must agree to extend the two-year contract, and the economic impact of the race is still being evaluated.

SVG conquered the streets of Chicago once again, tempers flared between several drivers, and NASCAR made some questionable calls in race control

Ty Gibbs finished in a season-best second place, followed by Tyler Reddick, Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch making up the rest of the top five. A.J. Allmendinger, Ryan Preece, Alex Bowman, Austin Hill and Ross Chastain rounded out the top 10.
