After a first league title in 30 years was impacted by Covid-19 in 2020, the city of Liverpool is looking forward to a summer of celebration.

Liverpool will host a victory parade on the May 26 Bank Holiday after clinching their 20th top-flight title with victory over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday, the club have announced.

His achievement helped Liverpool to a second title of the Premier League era, following Jurgen Klopp's triumph in the 2019-20 season, and first in front of supporters since 1990, after their last crown was won during Covid restrictions. It also helped the Reds draw level with north-west rivals Manchester United in winning 20 top-flight titles.
