Middlesbrough striker Emmanuel Latte Lath will make the trip to Portsmouth on Saturday despite being linked to MSL club Atlanta United. The US side have submitted a £16m bid for the Ivory Coast international.

Boro have not yet officially responded to Atlanta's offer and are instead likely to see what impact it has on the market and whether it sparks further bids. Latte Lath is under contract at Boro until the summer of 2027, with the option of a further year.

MLS side Atlanta United have verbally agreed a fee for Emmanuel Latte Lath according to reports. Outlet GiveMeSport has reported that there is a verbal agreement between the Atlanta side and Middlesbrough over a potential record $20 million deal.
