Miami Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel outlines plans for starters in the preseason finale vs. Jacksonville, plus more on Matthew Judon and Darren Waller.

Even though he hasn’t been able to practice, the Dolphins have listed Waller as the starting tight end on the depth chart. Julian Hill, Pharoah Brown, Tanner Conner, Hayden Rucci and Chris Myarick are the other tight ends on the roster.
