The former Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is set to participate in his first coaching search since becoming a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Las Vegas Raiders have officially begun their first head coach search since Tom Brady became a part-owner of the team, and there is a chance the legendary quarterback could have a major impact.

The Raiders own the No. 6 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and are potentially in line for one of the top quarterback prospects in Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward. Las Vegas is also projected to have the second-most cap space available, making them an intriguing rebuild opportunity for any potential head coaching candidate.

Tom Brady, a minority owner of the Raiders, is expected to take a big role in the hiring process. The Athletic's Dianni Russini was told he will have "a lot" of influence in the Raiders' decision, and ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Brady will be part of a "collaborative committee" to interview coaching candidates.

The Las Vegas Raiders are undergoing a crucial offseason as they look to establish a lasting culture in Las Vegas for the first time since relocating from Oakland. On Tuesday the Raiders relieved head coach Antonio Pierce of his duties after just one full season at the helm.
