CVS Health (NYSE: CVS) is a big name in healthcare, and it has generally been seen as a good way to invest in the industry. In addition to its pharmacy retail operations, the company has a pharmacy benefits management business.

One of the new features included in the app, is the ability for customers to unlock merchandise locked up on shelves in stores, which previously required employee assistance.

CVS Health is launching an app that will allow customers access to locked display cabinets "for easier access to merchandise," according to information sent to Newsweek. "The enhanced app features new technologies for the consumers' whole health, providing convenience, savings and ease," Tara Burke, a press contact for CVS Health told Newsweek.
