A lawsuit was filed against President Donald Trump's administration claiming masked agents have been targeting "individuals with brown skin" in Southern California, arresting them without probable cause and keeping them in "dungeon-like" conditions in efforts to deport them.

The plaintiffs say ICE's practice of arresting people without a warrant and holding them without determining whether or not they are a flight risk is illegal.

The Trump Administration is suing Los Angeles over sanctuary city policies that limit the city’s cooperation with federal immigration enforcement, claiming that they led to “lawlessness” when thousands of people took to the streets earlier this month to protest the President’s mass-deportation operation.
