Diamondbacks starter Zac Gallen is 2-0 with a no-decision in August and is pitching better of late, but his ERA is his career-worst.

Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte addressed the media on Monday night, following a 3-1 loss against the Cleveland Guardians (box score), about a report from last week that suggested teammates were frustrated with his absence from the team coming out of the All-Star break and his frequent day-off requests.

Marte apologized for missing a key series against the Cardinals and said his goal is to help the Diamondbacks win games.
