Dreamviille Fest 2025 was once again a family reunion in a warm home that welcomes fans new and old to experience things the Dreamville way.

While Ye (formerly Kanye West) has continued to badger J. Cole and his music, the North Carolina rapper took the high road during his set at Dreamville Festival 2025 on Sunday night (April 6). Cole saluted the embattled rapper ahead of performing "Work Out,

“I went to the first, and now I’m coming to the last (Dreamville Festival), so this is proper send-off,” said Simon, a Chapel Hill resident. A variation of the festival will continue for the next four years in the park, but fans said goodbye this weekend to the original event hosted by rapper J. Cole.
