DDG defends ex-girlfriend Halle Bailey after she publicly called him out for allowing their son Halo to appear on a livestream without her consent.

The singer and " Little Mermaid " actress seemed to take issue with ex DDG bringing their son on a Twitch livestream with content creator Kai Cenat. In a since-deleted tweet, Bailey, 24, said she was not in town and "extremely upset" by the exposure.

"i know that halo is always safe with his dad," the singer tweeted after initially sharing she didn't know the little boy would be on the stream.

Halle Bailey and DDG welcomed Halo in December 2023 after months of speculation. The duo then announced their split in early October 2024. "Despite the changes in our relationship, our love for each other remains deep and true. We are still best friends and adore each other," DDG shared in a statement at the time.
