Hernandez, 30, has been charged with one count of first-degree murder in the death of 34-year-old Juan Carlos Tello-Suarez.

Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said. Tello-Suarez, of Albany Park, was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:50 p.m., police said.
