Rockets forward Dillon Brooks and Atlanta guard Trae Young were assessed a double technical foul in the fourth quarter of Houston's 100-96 win on Tuesday in Atlanta. It came during a critical stretch as Atlanta had gone on a 15-2 run to cut Houston's lead to three points with under a minute remaining.
