A suspect involved in a fatal hit-and-run crash in Urbana has been arrested in Texas after fleeing the scene and using a false identity, authorities said.

Suarez, a 27-year-old Mexican national, in connection with a hit-and-run that killed two young women on Jan. 19.

Texas City police are investigating after a man was found dead in a fountain at the Showboat Pavilion in Texas City early on Saturday morning.
