Cooper Flagg, the top pick in this year’s NB draft, made his pro debut on Thursday, July 10. The Dalls Mavericks rookie, the NBA’s top draft pick, faced the Los Angeles Lakers during the NBA 2K26 Summer League in Las Vegas.

While all the attention was being paid to Cooper Flagg, former Auburn guard Miles Kelly was looking to show his capabilities on the basketball court. He scored 17 points in the Mavericks first game of the Las Vegas Summer League and helped his team to an 87-85 win over the Lakers.
