The Oklahoma Sooners put together a dominant performance over the Iowa Hawkeyes on Monday to advance to the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Women's Tournament. After knocking off one of the better programs in women's basketball over the last decade, the Sooners will take on the UConn Huskies and one of the best players in the nation, Paige Bueckers.

The UConn women’s basketball team is back in action on Saturday, March 29 when the second-seeded Huskies host No. 3 Oklahoma in a NCAA tournament Sweet 16 contest at Spokane, Washington. The game will be broadcast on ESPN at 5:30 p.m.

With a 69-point win over Arkansas State in the opening round, the UConn women's basketball team advances to the NCAA Tournament Round of 32. After making the Final Four in 2024, Geno Auriemma, Paige Bueckers and the Huskies look to bring the school its first national championship since 2016.

The second round of the Women's NCAA Basketball Tournament is underway, with the No. 10 seed South Dakota State Jackrabbits taking on the No. 2 UConn Huskies.
