While the recent departure of Minkah Fitzpatrick has ruffled more than a few feathers in Pittsburgh — ex-NFL CB Asante Samuel Sr. believes it was worth acquiring Jalen Ramsey.

Jalen Ramsey is set to continue wearing No. 5 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. The former Miami Dolphins quarterback showed off his new jersey in a Tuesday social media post. Ramsey wore No. 20 for the first five seasons of his NFL career with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Los Angeles Rams.

The P ittsburgh Steelers’ trade for Jalen Ramsey is the type of trade that rarely happens in the NFL. When the Steelers traded for Ramsey and Jonnu Smith with Minkah Fitzpatrick going back the other way, it was the first time since 2002 that two players with five or more Pro Bowls were traded for one another.
