A player signed to a reserve/future contract can be added to an NFL team’s roster when it expands from 53 to 90 players for the offseason on March 12, the first day of the NFL’s 2025 business year. The newly signed players become eligible to participate in offseason workouts, minicamps and OTAs as team members.

According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Bengals will interview Raiders defensive coordinator Patrick Graham for the same position on Tuesday. Graham, 45, is one of the candidates mentioned for the Jacksonville Jaguars head coaching job, but his contract with the Raiders is up and he’s free to interview for other coordinator jobs now.

The defensive issues that contributed to the Cincinnati Bengals missing the playoffs led to major changes on Monday, when four assistants were fired — three on that side of the ball.

The Cincinnati Bengals, 9-8 during each of the last two seasons, fired defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo, offensive line coach Frank Pollack, linebacker coach James Bettcher and defensive line coach Marion Hobby.

The Cincinnati Bengals have made changes to their coaching staff, including the departure of defensive line coach Marion Hobby. Hobby, who joined the Bengals in 2021, has 10 years of NFL coaching experience.
