eBay (EBAY) has agreed to acquire Cox Automotive Media Solutions in a bid to expand eBay Classifieds Group's offerings in Australia.

The acquisition comes at a time when eBay is considering whether to sell eBay Classifieds Group, which along with the recent sale of StubHub could double the company’s value.
