The $39 billion, "recession-resistant" self-storage industry is cashing in during the pandemic in Colorado with late fees, evictions and auctions when people don't make their rent payments.

The sheriff's office confirmed with CBS News Colorado the land mine was originally found in a storage unit by new owners after the unit had been won at auction.
