According to Ben Fischer of Sports Business Journal, the team’s ownership, led by John Mara and Steve Tisch, is looking to sell up to 10 percent of the team and has hired Moelis & Co. as its banker.

The Mara and Tisch families currently own 50% of the Giants. John Mara and Steve Tisch have been in control of the organization on behalf of their families since the deaths of their fathers in 2005.
