The Indianapolis Colts have completed their roster cuts to get from 91 players to 53 by Tuesday's 4:00 p.m. E.T. deadline. The team announced the moves of nearly 40 players, getting the roster within the proper boundaries.

Well, when a player is ‘waived’, they are subject to the waiver wire, where any team can claim them and assume their current contract. Currently, the waiver wire order (listed below) is dependent on the NFL Draft order from this past April, but without any trades.

One former USC player fell into the latter category and is on the move. Monday evening, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that the Minnesota Vikings are trading former USC cornerback Mekhi Blackmon to the Indianapolis Colts in exchange for a sixth round draft pick.
