STANLEY — The Idaho Transportation Department will reopen Idaho Highway 21 between Lowman and Stanley at 8 a.m. Friday. Traffic will be managed with a pilot car or flagging operation to safely guide vehicles through areas where crews are working on repairs.
A portion of Forest Development Road 1511 about nine miles north of Fernan Saddle will close on weekdays through October 18.
Officials urged drivers to observe the reduced speed limit, be mindful of roadside personnel, and look for hazards.
