PROVIDENCE – A 4-year-old girl has died after she and her mother were struck by a vehicle in Woonsocket, R.I., earlier this week, police said Wednesday. Eliza was brought to Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence with critical injuries, Oates said. She died on Tuesday evening, police said.
