Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong on Thursday called for Russia to make reparations for the 2014 downing of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, after the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) found Moscow responsible for the tragedy.

The head of Volyn Oblast Administration, Ivan Rudnytskyi, said Russian forces attacked Lutsk with Shahed drones throughout the night, followed by missile strikes at dawn. Air defenses recorded 35 drones and two missiles in the airspace.
