Aston Martin’s F1 team have announced the departure of Dan Fallows from his role as technical director in a surprise move on Tuesday. In September, Aston lured F1 design genius Adrian Newey from Red Bull in a £20m-a-year deal in what was seen as a massive coup for Lawrence Stroll’s outfit.

With Adrian Newey set to join Aston Martin in March 2025, Dan Fallows, who currently occupies the Technical Director role has stepped down. In September, Aston Martin announced that they have signed F1 legend Adrian Newey from Red Bull Racing.

Fallows was expected to report into incoming Aston Martin CTO Enrico Cardile, but is now leaving his role this month
