Salling, who became known for his role on FOX series "Glee" in the mid-2000s, died from suicide at the age of 35 on Jan. 30.

Mark Salling, an actor who played a supporting role in the TV show "Glee," has died at age 35, his attorney said on Tuesday, weeks before his March sentencing on child pornography charges.

If convicted, Salling faces a mandatory minimum of five years in federal prison for the charge of receiving child pornography. The charge carries a statutory maximum of 20 years.
