The Sun newspaper’s weekend exclusive asserts that producers of the annual awards ceremony celebrating the best of the British pop industry are planning to remember the late singer following his death in October 2024.

The latest organisation to pay tribute to the star is the Brit Awards, which will be ‘unforgettable.’ It has also been speculated One Direction – which also included Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan – could reunite for the occasion after splitting in 2016.

Meanwhile, the upcoming 45th Brit Awards, set to be held on March 1 at The O2 Arena in London, will include a special tribute to the late Liam Payne, who tragically passed away in October 2024. Payne was a pivotal member of One Direction and a notable presence at the Brit Awards, both as a group member and a solo artist.

One Direction is reportedly in talks to reunite the band in honour of Liam Payne, who died in October last year.
