Morgan Wallen isn’t be submitting his music for the 2026 Grammy Awards. The country music star’s team confirmed the news to The Hollywood Reporter. A reason for the decision wasn’t reported. Wallen, a staple in the country music industry for years, only earned his first Grammy nominations last year.
Wallen, who released his debut album in 2018, has only been recognized by the Recording Academy, which hosts the Grammy Awards, twice — neither time for his own songs. He received nominations for Best Country Song and Country Duo/Group Performance, both for his features on Post Malone songs.
Morgan Wallen is bringing his 2025 tour to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA, on Friday, August 22 and Saturday, August 23 and fans can still purchase tickets for under $200.
Morgan Wallen and Thomas Rhett Join Forces for the Ultimate Country Music Moment originally appeared on Parade. Morgan Wallen is making waves as we speak with his 20-stop I’m The Problem stadium tour, most recently hitting Cleveland, Ohio over the weekend for back-to-back sold out shows at Huntington Bank Field stadium.
With Morgan Wallen spending his 13th straight week at #1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart with his record-breaking LP, I’m The Problem, this frame, the “Last Night” singer has extended his record lead with most weeks spent at #1 with a staggering 199.
If there’s a bigger country artist out there, don’t tell Morgan Wallen, who last night rocked his first of two sold-out “I’m The Problem Tour” dates at Huntington Bank Field.
