The worst of Monday’s snowstorm throughout the mid-Atlantic wrapped up with nearly 6 inches measured at BWI Marshall Airport before a second wave of snow was expected in the evening. The continued snowfall was expected to bring accumulation to levels that some parts of the Baltimore metro area haven’t seen in years after Maryland woke up to a blanket of white Monday morning.
