World Court Rules Armenia, Azerbaijan Mutual Discrimination Cases Can Move Forward THE HAGUE -Judges at the International Court of Justice ruled on Tuesday that competing anti-discrimination cases between Azerbaijan and Armenia can move forward.

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) said on November 12 that it had jurisdiction to consider rival cases by Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.

The International Court of Justice found it has jurisdiction in the South Caucasus neighbors' suits over racial discrimination in the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region.
