A woman run over by an Amazon van Tuesday has nine broken ribs, among other injuries. The alleged driver, 26-year-old Jerome Young, Jr., is being held without bond, officials said. Charging documents have revealed more about what led up to the incident at South Chester Street and East Pratt Street in Butchers Hill.
