NOT DISAPPOINTED! First visit. Came around the corner along the Seine at nighttime. Then the tower's base suddenly appears. With the tower covered in light! Amazing!! So much grander when you see it… Full review by Coby H

If you want to know whether you can avoid the second floor , I am sure that is possible, as they are separate tickets to the top floor and separate tickets to the 2nd floor
Will I be able to picnic on the lawn in front of Eiffel Tower or visit the Trocodero Gardens Aug 27 - Aug 30 after the main Olympics? Will there still be any construction blocking the usage of these areas?
